An opportunity to see “behind the scenes” and take a closer look at important Leicestershire collections which are not currently on display. From rare butterflies to old farm tools, Victorian costume to the 1970s “Action Man”, Neolithic stone axes to 19th century engravings, there is something here to interest everyone. Let us know if there is something you would particularly like to see.
The tour of the centre will be approximately 90 minutes and staff will not only show us the facilities but also talk to us about the services they can offer. There will also be a short Forum general meeting. Please note, this visit does involve some stairs.
PLACES ARE LIMITED so if you would like to come please book your place as soon as possible by emailing: contact@lrhf.org.uk stating the name of your organisation and the number of places you would like to reserve.
